Invites go through the studio’s WhatsApp under its privacy policy. No form, no email list.

The problem
Every running app wants an audience. You wanted one person to stop texting “you ok?”
Your options were bad. Share your location with someone and hope you remember to turn it off. Or post the run to a feed where strangers can learn your routine.
One exposes too much for too long. The other turns training into content. Neither was built for this.
Live Run is the third option: one run, one link, sent only to the people you choose.

How it works
Three steps. The last one is putting your phone away.
Prepare at home
You create the Live Session on your iPhone and get a private Share Link. The waiting page shows no map and no position: the server has not even received that yet.
Send the link
In whatever messaging app you already use. They tap it and it opens in a browser. End of tutorial.
Confirm and pocket it
You confirm the start and lock the screen. The run keeps recording in your pocket. Lost signal? Points wait encrypted on the iPhone and arrive in order when the connection returns.
What stays out
Your front door stays off the replay.
- While you run
- Whoever holds the link sees where you are now, with distance, pace and time. That is what it is for.
- After you stop
- The same link becomes a replay for seven days, minus the first and last 200 metres. Ran under 400 metres? The whole route stays hidden.
- Before you start
- Nothing. The waiting page has no map. It is not hiding your location: the server never received one.
- Stale heart rate
- Apple Watch heart rate is optional and shows only if you allow it. A reading older than 15 seconds leaves the screen instead of pretending to be current.
None of this is a setting buried in a menu. It is how the service is built, with automated tests checking every rule.
You own the Share Link
Three controls. They work that second.
- Rotate the link
- The old one stops working at once. Anyone who kept a copy is out.
- Revoke everyone
- Sharing ends. Nobody gets back in, not even with the link.
- Delete the run
- Access ends at once, and the run’s data is queued for removal.
The cut happens on the server. A watching connection drops that second; it is not just the screen that changes.
The objections
Before you ask.
Do the people following need to download anything?
No. No account, no app, no sign-up. It is a link that opens in the browser on a phone, a computer or a tablet.
Does it work on Android?
For the people following, yes: any up-to-date browser. For the runner, iPhone only for now, with an optional Apple Watch.
What if the signal drops mid-run?
The iPhone keeps the points encrypted and sends them in order when the connection returns. Meanwhile the page says it is delayed instead of pretending you stopped.
What if someone forwards the link?
Whoever gets it can watch, like any key you hand out. That is why rotating the link cuts the copy at once, and revoking everyone ends sharing.
Is it saved forever?
No. The replay and cheers are erased seven days after the run. There is no profile, no feed and no public history.
Can they message me while I run?
They can cheer: pick a ready-made, anonymous cheer. Free text does not exist, on purpose.
How long does a Live Session last?
Up to two hours. After that it ends on its own.
Is it in English?
Yes. The app and the page the people following open are in English; this page and the privacy notice are also in Portuguese.

Live Run is in private beta and not on the App Store yet. The simulation on this page uses fictional data. There are no testimonials, user counts or ratings here because none exist yet. We would rather show you that than make them up.
